Ice Cream Social
Harold Madsen -- Honorary Guest
and
Vintage Wedding Dress Display

This year the Lund-Hoel House also hosted a vintage wedding dress display.  We were fortunate to have a large collection of dresses and accessories.  The Wallert family honored us by providing their family's wedding dress along with the hat, shoes, the sewing pattern to make the dress, framed picture, and the 50th Anniversary Write-up from the Canby News.

The Ice Cream Social is held in the back yard of the Lund-Hoel House.  We wish to thank all the volunteers who clean, mow, bake, run errands, and organize to make this day possible!  We also wish to thank Lindsay for bringing Nella's piano to life!

We served cake, ice cream, tea, coffee, and lemonade.  The house was open for tours with tour guides assisting visitors.  We appreciate all those who stop by to say 'Hello' and spend some time with us.

This is a great time to meet the volunteers who make the Museum possible!  Please enjoy the photos:

(Due to unforeseen circumstances, our volunteer photographer ended up in the emergency room and consequently spent the next 24 hours in the hospital.  Please enjoy the ones we do have!!!)
